Good dental care improves your overall health. Our dental plans are designed to help you maintain a healthy smile through regular dental care and fix any problems as soon as they occur.
Cigna PPO Plan
The PPO dental plan provides you with the freedom and flexibility to choose any licensed dentist. By utilizing the Cigna network for dental services, you have the added advantage of negotiated pricing which can save you and the plan money. If you visit an out-of-network provider, the plan will pay a percentage based on Reasonable and Customary (R&C) fees. You would be responsible for any amounts over the R&C fee schedule.
Cigna DHMO plan
The DHMO plan works like a medical HMO in that you must receive your care from your primary DHMO provider. This plan offers a full range of dental services and you pay a copay based on the type of service you receive. Please see the benefit schedule for a list of copays.
